Giving the community a vision and ensuring their participation is imperative to set the wheels of change in motion. In Neemrana we work with 145 community mobilisers and create awareness and
support of the following in all 86 villages
simultaneously.

Reproductive Child Health, Immunization
and Family Planning Programmes

Self Help Group & Micro Finance:
In a short while we have created 50 SHGs
and our attempt is to empower each group
towards self sustainability. Value Based

Education:
The people of Neemrana are being educated in all aspects of maintaining mental, physical and environmental, hygiene and sanitation.

Legal & financial Literacy: 
It is important for every resident residing in all 86 villagesof Neemrana to know their basic fundamental rights and duties. Our team is stronglyattempting to create awareness in these areas.

Health Care:
The villagers are made aware about all the ailments which, if not treated could be fatal i.e. HIV AIDS, Tuberculosis, Cancer, Hepatitis–B and Cardiac issues
