What a pebble is to a pot of water, an individual is to other people. To put it simply, an individual's efforts have the ability to make a difference to the lives of so many around him. Keeping this in mind, World Action Forum in its efforts to sustain itself and its members' operations, initiated the Individual Donor Consortium.
Realising the strength in and importance of every effort made, the Individual Donor Consortium will allow people in their individual capacity to make whatever little or big donations they would like to make for the cause of charity. With the necessary nine mandates in place under the World Action Forum, one could either opt to support any one cause or many causes, thereby channeling their contribution directly for the cause they hold most endear.
Imagine what a mere contribution of Rs. 1000 could provide to a beneficiary – a nutritous meal, books to learn from, monthly medical check ups and so much more. That will be the power of this Individual Donor Consortium, to make the needs of those countless less-privileged individuals, their deserving necessity.
