Educating and training people in various trades does not necessarily empower people. True achievement is in ensuring that they are able to earn their livelihood and support their families. Khushii has maintained a holistic outlook towards developing the community and therefore, in its process of intervention has been collaborating with various corporates and agencies to place the personnel they have trained. Some women who have been trained in vocational courses and have started their own Beauty Parlours have been instrumental in further giving earning opportunity to the rural woman by employing them. Thus, Project Drishti has more of a far-reaching impact than is visible.

Towards this effort, in the very first year of its inception Project Drishti has been able to place 539 people in various trades like gardening, factories in the nearby industrial belt, tailoring and beauty and culture in Village Neemrana. More people have been placed through Drishti in Project Shikshaantra at the Sangam Vihar Center in New Delhi.
