The first step towards Khushii’s expansion has been Telemedicares, a diagnostic hospital that will bring quality healthcare to the doorstep of the beneficiaries.

• The Telemedicine Hospital – A high cost set up for Khushii has been started in technical collaboration with Fortis Hospital. This diagnostic hospital will provide long-term super specialty healthcare to the community members of Neemrana, our flagship Project.
  
  
• The project has served the dual purpose of empowering people by getting them job placements in Telemedicares through Drishti, at the same time benifitting them through quality medical services. The residents of Neemrana and neighbouring villages will make great savings in terms of resource, time and money.
  

Jeevan Jyoti targets for February 2008…

• Mobile clinics will be started to provide healthcare services to the children of “Khushii Cares” and also the old and infirm who neglect various illnesses and other health problems because of unavailability of resources and facilities. The mobile clinics starting in association with Escorts Hospital will ensure that minor illnesses and health problems do not aggravate into major health issues.
  
  
• Other high need areas that require medical treatment will see the inauguration of more Khushii – Fortis Telemedicares Hospitals/ clinics. The process of identifying and short-listing prospective states/villages is already in progress.
